These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of greenerecycling.com (the “Site”), operated by Greene Recycling (“Greene Recycling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Recycling, pickup, rebate, and equipment services are governed by the separate service agreement or written quote you sign with us, not by these Terms.
You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us. You agree not to use the Site in any way that breaks the law, interferes with the Site’s operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, sends spam or malicious code, or collects information about other users without their consent.
Information on the Site about services, pickup frequencies, bale sizes, equipment, coverage areas, and rebates is provided for general information. It is not an offer or a guarantee. Pricing, rebate amounts, schedules, and service availability depend on your locations, volume, material quality, and market conditions, and are confirmed only in a written quote or service agreement.
Recycled fiber markets change. Any rebate described on the Site is subject to the terms of your agreement and to market pricing at the time your material is sold.
When you submit a form or contact us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your business. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, maps, and page design, are owned by Greene Recycling or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. Client names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify businesses we serve.
The Site may include links to third-party websites, such as government agencies or industry resources. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greene Recycling disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Greene Recycling and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greene Recycling and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
